Christy Grizzell

Christy Grizzell

Closing Agent / Operations Manager

Christy was raised by a realtor and real estate is in her blood. She understands a real estate transaction is one of the most important and biggest purchases most people will ever make; this makes her feel fortunate to be able to help people accomplish their goals. She has worked in many roles in the transaction process but has made her mark as a Closing Agent for over 15 years. Christy ensures she completes each transaction effectively so that she can rush to the field or court to support her boys in Morristown East’s sports programs. She’s a proud mom of three boys, one at Tennessee Tech and two at Morristown East. She is excited to see her sons continue their education once graduating from Morristown East so that they can make an impact in their community.

Lori Sheirer

Lori Sheirer

Title Processor

Lori joined Blue Ridge Title Company in 2021. In her previous life she worked for Mayo Clinic and QVC where she became a master of organization which is a much needed skill in her role. Lori is the one that makes sure all the ducks are in a row and submitted for the title application. Her organization skills also come into play when she is crafting and especially quilting. When piecing together a quilt, you have to be sure you measure twice and cut once so that all the squares are even. Without this attention to detail, your quilt won’t go together. Lori not only loves quilting and crafting, she also enjoys spending time with her husband Troy and sons Cory and Cody.

Joe joined Blue Ridge Title Company in 2020 and diligently works to support our clients needs. He and his wife Emmalee are proud to have used Blue Ridge in their own real estate purchase. Joe loves Star Wars and is a big collector of Star Wars memorabilia. If you ever get the chance to see his office, you will understand as it is fully decked out.
